I have about 10 years of experience providing caring, effective therapy. I believe that therapy, at
its core, is about helping you figure out what needs to change and how to make things better. While it is
wonderfully valuable to look back at family themes and relationship patterns, I work with clients to use
that knowledge from looking back to create a better path forward. I work closely with each client to
create a unique treatment plan and set individualized, concrete goals.
As a licensed Marriage and Family therapist, I have been trained to work with individuals, couples, and
families, all ages, and any configuration. I am well experienced in working with clients around such
issues as anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, family problems, stress, and many others.
My office is comfortable, bright, and welcoming, and I try to create sessions that feel the same way. I feel honored
that my clients choose to share their lives with me, and take great pride in being able to help people feel a little
better each day!
