I provide one-on-one counseling to parents and caregivers of kids of all ages who may be struggling to deal with difficult behaviors or big emotions.
I believe that a connected, healthy parent-child relationship is foundational, so our work together will focus on helping you find ways to build up, redefine, or heal that relationship. I also believe that lasting change does not come from simply addressing outward behaviors, but through seeking God’s guidance to uncover what lies beneath. Together, we will investigate what is driving the difficult behaviors and emotions in your family and create a concrete plan to address them. Parent counseling is solution-focused, strengths-based and often short-term.
