I love to come along side women and moms who are struggling with anxiety, stress, ADHD, parenting, relationships, boundaries, and self care. Together, we will explore the unique way your nervous system is wired, develop new skills to address unhelpful thoughts and uncomfortable emotions, uncover the ways in which your past is showing up in your present, and get you back on track to living a life focused on what really matters to you.
